My daughters have MP3 players but they are needing MP3 files. I bought some from Walmart but most of their files are WMA an dnot compatible.
I'm not looking for those FREE!!!!! sites. I know every one needs to make $$$ on there songs. Walmart was .88 & .94 per tune.

download "itunes" - its the most legit way to download music, usually, 99 cents a song, and 12 - 13 for a full album

you gotta use lime wire,you do a search on the tunes you want and then pick the bitrate and download it,there is nearly everything under the sun and its all free from P2P networks

DON"T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING.....its already on yer puter....forget LIMEWIRE.....open MEDIA PLAYER....click on TOOLS.....OPTIONS....RIP MUSIC....under RIP SETTINGS there is a box called FORMAT....click the ARROW DOWN....choose MP3 GRASSHOPPER....slide bar to BEST QUALITY....when its set on WMA the sledder should be at 192 Kbs for head phone quality.....now rip music to da player in MP3....but WMA is way higher quality....there is a thing hidden in the puter called WINDOWS XP AUDIO CONVERTER....it is hidden....i cannot remember how to open it....TEKGUY.....anyone.....TEAMGREEN here is yer chance to show us if you actuall know anything......j/k......where is at fellas....i'll get back to ya....but you doan need download nuthin

I'm not sure but if Wal Mart files are WMA and not compatible you might be able to just download a file converter. I have one called Free Mp3-WMA converter. They might have a lock on them though. Worth a shot.
