Dave you wont be sorry.

Seriously, try out that 99 Mach Z. Assuming its setup properly and not tinkered with too too much, you'll be shocked when you take it for a long rip down a good straightaway.

Now go test ride some MX-Z's:)

Oh...Its mach 1. You were saying earlier that it was a Z. Anyhow, the Mach 1 is still a rocketship if setup well.

You guys must have some wide open trails up there, You wouldn't won't a Mach here in Vt. Our trail's in most area's are to tight and corner to corner speed is a must.

Modding a Mach-Z is fairly easy. For about $1500-$2000.00 you can easily have a trailable 185-190hp 800 triple. Aftermarket pipes, reeds, thicker base gasket, milled head, and some mild trail porting. At 190hp, and enough studs too hook up, there wont be much faster than you, unless they are modded like yours.

There isn't any sled in factory stock form will will take a 190hp Rotax triple from start to finsh, assuming you have enough hook off the line. Also, if you really want to go fast, big bore kits are readily available, and they make about 205hp on pump gas and are very trailable. With 190-205hp, top speeds will be in the 130mph range.
