The problem is after I replaced the bearings in the chain case, I can not get the gears to line up properly. I put all the spacers on that were orginally on but can not make it work, can't even get the jack shaft nut on. New guy needs help.

Sounds as if the chaincase isn't all the way in on the bulkhead, make sure the bottom of the case is pulled into the hole in the bulkhead (axle location) all the way, should be flush with the bulkhead.

I beleive that the case was flush, I could not see any space where the chain case bolts in, is it possible that I need to press the bearing in farther? I was able to get the lock ring fairly easy. Thanks.
