01 xc sp 800 with ves jugs has bad carb, So I picked up a set of carbs from an 03 700 pro x.
Does anyone know what kind of mods, updates I need to do to these to get them in my sled?

As far as I know , no major differences , except for 03 they switched from fixed pilot air jets to air screws.
Only thing you should need to is to verify the jetting.

Thanks for the reply, would you happen to know the proper adjusting procedure for the air screw, also do you know if the slides or needles are dif.?

according to online parts diagrams, slides and needles are the same. Stock mains are 440 on the 03 pro-x.
Can't remember the initial settings for fuel and air screws.
