i started mine up today to finish bleeding the oil system... and noticed the right rear mount (when sitting on the sled) really fucking shook bad. the primary side of the engine seemed solid. gave it a few hundred revs and it was smooth but do these 800's normally shake at idle. i know my 700 shook but not this excessive... the rubber mount will be pooched if i let it idle too long. can you get engine braces for these things? ill have to check the rubber mount on the bottom side of the engine.. maybe something isnt tight. but when the engine is stopped i try jerking on the motor and it is solid. it dont move at all. maybe i have an out of round crank. that would be sweet.... cussing.gif

ill have to get a short vid and show.

Yes mine does shake but I wouldn't call it bad.

X2 here on my XF Nightfire SP 800.

Since we're talking in scientific, easy to quantity terms, mine measures 42% of the way between not bad and holy shit it shakes a lot.

Check your front motor mount. My 07 xf snopro vibrated when new and got worse as the miles got higher.Removed the skid pan to add a piece of radiator hose to the lower coolant line for protection from rubbing on engine and frame.
While undeneath I was checking for loose clamps and bolts and discvored the front engine mount was loose. Tried tightening but the studs were already bottomed out (to long). Dealer mech. removed studs and added washers, put loctite on studs and retightened. Sled still vibrates at idle but not not nearly as bad as before. Smoothes out as soon as your under way.
Hope this helps.

My 06CF7 tore the rubber engine mount beside the exaust can. I just happened to notice it when I had the can off to replace the right side belly pan.
