looking at a skidoo rev in Vermont, what do you get for registration or title documents?

I have been sent the certificate of origin for the sled, but no ownership or registration documents.

any help is greatly appreciated!



EDIT: the sled was never registered to the current owner

Sled came from NH, so COO is fine for import to Canada.. not sure still about export.. trying US border now. any help is appreciated
