Well just got home now from the weekend trip to novi, stayed at embassy suites, and was there fri, sat, then today we ended up going to some frankenmoth christmas place, ended up just watching the 08 cat vid while everyone else shopped haha

anyway howd everyone do for deal i did pretty good this year:

-C&A ADX skis in white with mounts, 8" carbides for $315, retail over $500can up here with bides

-Yamaha/FXR Bib, blue, $99, retails for $229us

-Yamaha/One Factory Racing sweeter $50, retails for $65

-Factory Yamaha Racing hat $10, usually $30 up here

-Case of blue marble oil $120 ( 4 gallons) i pay $54can a gallon up here

-Case of Cat APV $189 ( 6 gallons), again pay $54can up here per gallon

So overall i did really good, saved a whole bunch of money. Howd everyone else do?? posted a thread in michigan forum too but want to see what us canadians got too

Good Haul young man, no picture of my loot but here is the list. We stayed at the Marriot Residence Inn, very good deal with a great Breakfast.

Bombardier caps $5.99
Stud Boy 6 inch shaper bars 55.95
HJC helmet pink for the girl $99.00
PSX snow pants $99.00
Triton 8" trailer loadstar tire and rims $35.00 each
Bombardier semi syn. oil $75.00 case
Ski Doo kids wear $10.00
Ski Doo T shirts $10.00
Bombardier 197 Drive Belts x2 at $60.00 each

Note that these items were of good savings but not everything was a screaming deal. I thought the tire deal was unbelievable considering 3 weeks earlier I bought them at the Syracuse Show at a deal of $50 each.

On the way home we stopped at Royal Distributing and layed down more money on clothing for the kids which I found was also very well priced against the Novi Show pricing. Things are starting to tighten up to the US prices which is a good thing for us.

Stayed at the Sheraton and found some great deals on some Klim gear, so good I ended up buying two jackets. Also picked up a new HJC Moto cross Matt black skid lid for 100.00 and a set of RSI 8" risers for the new XP. First time to this show and was very impressed with the amount of vendors and deals.

Was also impressed with the snowman game they had for the kids.It kept them busy while we were walking around.

I got a new KLIM Jacket and Bibs. I've never put on gear so light that feels so damn warm at the same time. Saved a bunch of money too and got some misc. other stuff for the sled. You sure gotta love that show! It really gets me fired up to drive North and go riding! And with the cold weather predicted for this week maybe the season will actually be a normal one and we can get out before Christmas somewhere! Here's to hopin' anyway smiley-faces7.gif

Worst part about that is you got the first build bvs2 the other 2 boths had the BRP up to date model
32 more and 10 x's the helmet.Those old bvs2 where turds,sorry.
You can buy an updated shield to fix the problem, somewhat.
You have to be very careful on a great deal.
