Full Version: Replacing track have a question about drive shaft

I have the chain off and sprockets, C clip on the clutch side off and the rest of the junk on that side, the shaft seem to be able to move a bit when I tap it.

Whats the next step?

Do I take the C clip off the bearing on the chain side? Will that give me enough movement to slide the other side out? I could do trial and error but figure I better ask never changed a track before.

Thanks

Go ahead and take the C clip out , also take the bearing out. I did my my buddies sled last winter and needed a puller to get that bearing off , but most of the time the bearing comes off easy .
