looking to buy land somewhere around the hill ,min 10 acres ,leagle to ride quad and snowmobile right from the property and close to nearby stream and or lake. anybody know of anything? this could have a cabin on it or open land.

My buddy has camp that is about 200 yards from there and I go up about 6 times a year.

If your looking for ATV also, this is not possible in Osceola right now. They are planning on extending the trails down to that area. I corresponded with the LC trail coordinator a couple months ago, should be in place within the next year.

I will take a look around when I am up this weekend for you...BTW also consider from what direction you typically travel. Might be a more appropriate decision to purchase something on the east side depending on your location.

Also, ask yourself if your willing to put the time in that is required to maintain a camp. It's not a walk in the park and requires many hours of work. Sometimes people think that owning a camp is their favorite hotel on the Tug, just no need to make a reservation. Couldn't be further from the truth...consider cleaning off the camp roof @ 1AM in zero degrees after a 3-4-5+ hour drive. That's after you spent the last hour attempting to unload, start the wood stove, curse at the sled because you just stuck it the third time in the powder...it's no walk in the park.
