Help I need the upper idler whell part # to stop the track rubbing on the tsl I believe the size is 6.38

1604-685 = 6.38" replacement for the stock 5.63" idler at the TSL

Catlady, where are you in MB? There is a place in St. Andrews that can get you those replacement wheels for less than the stealer's around here. But I can't remember the name of the place, they are right by Overland Truck Tops.

To late I ordered them from TTS thanks anyway yep they were a bitch to get off. The bearing clip on the wheel should be on the inside so you can remove the wheel and only have the bearing to contend with (unless mine were put on wrong from factory)
