Did you find a Dyno?
Cool cart is pretty easy to make.
Get a pump from a travel trailer, car rad and elec fan and some hoses with Hydral fittings. No need for for big tub to hold extra water with an inline pump.

princess auto or any RV dealer. Its the pump for the kitchen sink in a camper trailer.
