my 03 was set up great from factory. needed jetted down to 300's and i am running klotz oil. my plugs are perfect at 0-2000 elev. and 0-20 degrees F. out. i am iradium plugs in it too.

MAke sure all updated were done. There were several and He will spend a fortune buying the parts if they were not done.

Hey Lawdog what updates are you talking about. Remember this is a fan sled. I've got an '03 Z440 and never heard about any updates.

My Bad...I missed it was just a Z. My kids 03 Z rocks..We lightened up the valving and oil for him and lighter springs as he is only 100 lbs.

Oh, I left mine alone. I'm 215lb with race gear. Better than the 250lb I was September 1. But now I'm packing it back on. I was told I have to take in lots of calcium for my broken fibula. Go figure, breyers Ice Cream is $1.99 this week at Hardings! I'm starting to feel my chin again. Hope I get better soon.

just added black/white acerbis handgaurds to my 03 z pro today. cant decide if i like them in the top hole or bottom. they look cool anyways. thinking about getting hardcore performance of houghton lake MI to rework my silencer. he said it would gain HP and sound better. whatcha think?

i bought a fan sno pro- 440 .my sled was to stiff .so i called arctic cat and they gave me a cross crountry valving to insall in my sled shock valving .also mine hade a cross link shock set up that works pretty good. i still cant bottom the front ski shocks out yet i;m looking to buy new valve stack for the front and replace the stock 120 springs to 110 lbs.

So is there a 03 sno pro fan??? Anyone know the details on it?? HP? Weight? What kinda fuel you got to run in it?? Got any pics?? Please let me know! Thanks!

My brother picked up that 2002 z sno pro. He thinks it will be a great sled even better than his 2000 z sno pro. He needs to adjust his idel and break it in good and then he will be ready for it to rip.

Any setup advice lets me know and I will tell him.

My uncle has a 03 Z440 sno-pro...you run req fuel in it (premium better) not race fuel and hp...i dunno he got it well built h-core for race so i dont know stock hp...maybe 68hp is stock? it has a nice paddle track on it ..handles jumps well (stiff suspention though)...might be able to get a pic =/ well that all i got for ya
