Hi

Just purchased a 01 XC700 track needs to be changed. I'm undecided if I shoud put a 1.5 on my 121 skid or would you recommend doing the conversion to 136 or even 144? I plan on riding offroad with some longtracked machines at times.

Should I bother regearing reclutching or just leave as is?

Thanks in advance

ive 136 everysled ive owned i love it highly recommend it. i wouldnt go back to a 121 just my opinion. the ride is even so much better. you will have to do some re gearing and clutching. and nows the time to do it you need a track anyway.

tracks usa kit is first class , I would do it to every 121 sled from now on. Shock valveing should be changed if you ride hard , cooling can be a issue with long tracks and bigger lugs . I would rec putting a polaris m-10 cooler kit on with the long track , its a must in my eyes .... EDGE sleds run way to hot stock and long tracking a sled make the problem worse. Gearing should be dropped some , 24/42 with a 136 min with taller then 1" lugs maybe 23/41 or 23/42 . I run 23/43 in my prox with a 136X 1 1/4" with studs, it still has a top speed of 100 MPH.
