My buddy's Polaris is in need of new front and rear suspension. I have a snowcross track so he rides it pretty hard. i know theres extra 10 which i will probly end up putting in for him but i think theres another one like x-10 crc from the xcr440sp is there a difference?

for the rear what would be the best to take a pounding, extra 10 i guess?
he will definitely need stiffer springs and better shocks.
