Anybody have one of these and have a review they can do? I was thinking of buying one next year.

I'll give you a "lite" review, we were very close to buying one, name on the list early, deposit already paid. Our dealer got one in that we could test drive, it was a fricken' blast, very fast, very smooth, and VERY TIPPY! I damn near rolled it behind the dealership, in fact the unit we were driving had been rolled already by someone else, left a big nasty mark in the plastic where the rollbar meets the body at the base of the "windshield" area, looks as though there is some structure under the plastic right there and when it gets tipped on it's side it damages the plastic in that area. Along with that the exhaust pipe had already melted the plastic forward of the right rear wheel. We decided to pull our deposit and give Polaris some time to work out the first year teething problems, even our saleman said he was going to wait a year to trade his 6x6 in on one just to make sure they got the bugs worked out. Looks to be a very fun machine, mainly just a toy, I don't see it being very usable from a utility standpoint but I guess it isn't intended for that. If you don't mind a few first year glitches go for it, I'm going to wait till next spring I think, we'll see....

I spent some serious time on one. Didn't find it tippy in the least. Absolutely a blast through the whoops. Major power up to 55mph and then it trails off fast. The one I rode had the shit hammered out of it. The owner did have a problem with the airbox sealing and replaced the stocker with a HRP kit intake. He also lost a rear shaft. The way he beats on his toys I'm surprised more hasn't gone wrong. Polaris is 6-8 weeks backlogged on RZR. Many dealers are asking a $2K premium. They are the hottest selling off road vehicle at the moment. Lots of aftermarket goodies are available. Expect Walker Evans to bring forth some really cool long travel stuff. I've also heard rumors that Polaris is planning to install the 750MPE into the RZR.

You guys are getting ripped on that side of the lake, most dealers in my area have 1 or 2 on hand, my saleman says they're still selling well but the initial fervor has died off. This could have more to do with the economy on our side of the puddle, it's shitty. As far as the RZR being tippy, we were comparing it to our Rhino which is 6"+/- wider, we could feel the difference.

Better have your dealer get a hold of some folks over here and in the west and southwest USA. RZR's are selling for $2k and up to $3K over sticker in the west. The RZR is what's driving Polaris' major profits surge.

I can tell you first hand they are a BLAST!
I have around 100 miles on mine and absolutely love it!
I just bought the Polaris plow for it and will be pushing snow with it this winter.

I have a bunch of accessories on it and also removed the spacer in the clutch which allows it to do between 65 and 70 mph depending on who is driving it!

They're a blast, keep on eye on the BMP website, we should have a new line of RZR mods in the next few weeks.

the tippyness can easily be solved with lonestar racings widening kit, it is costly but it comes wiht elka shocks, and much longer a arms, if i got a razr it would probly be the first thing i would do

be carful when your top speed with that spacer removed,we have had some bikes come back that have actually flipped the belt upside down at top speed, caused some major damage, just a heads up.

I put close to 500 miles on one this past summer. They're a blast to drive!

With the tippyness how about just buying wheel spacers instead of new shocks and a-arms?

The aftermarket wheels and tires are enough to take away the "tippiness"
I have no issues at all with the machine feeling tippy and I have the polaris 14" wheels and 26" tires on it

A widening kit kinda takes away from the reason I'd buy one, we were looking for something 50" wide or less, alot of the ATV trails here in Michigan are for 50" or less in width. Ended up going with a used Rhino for about half the price but it's 54" and it's really tight on some trails and flat out can't go down others. We'll probably end up getting a RZR sooner or later, just figured I'd give them a season or two to get the bugs worked out, it is a Polaris afterall... stirthepot.gif

well here in Michigan there aren't to many open spaces to really use the all the power so to me that's a mute point, I do like the narrow width as stated in the previous posts, besides it's for my wife and daughter, I'll be on two wheels and I don't think a RZR would be able to keep up with me either...... stirthepot.gif

=Spacer out 65 MPH and NO belt fliping problem and I've held her open for over 20 miles straite
