Hey I'm debating about putting K&N filters on my 1998 ZR 600 EFI LE. I was just wondering what I would all have to do to my sled to make this work. Has any one done it and just any helpfull information would be great. Also is it worth the money to do. Thanks in advance.

NO, for what you might gain, its a headache waiting to happen.

kick ass filters are better than the k&n filters so you know
also keep your eye out for snow sox when you go to open carbs

you will more than likely have to re jet your carbs as well so keep that in mind is it worth it
well it sure makes jetting easier
but you can always go to a tempaflow that will adjust automatically for you
well wish you luck

His sled is EFI.
You will gain nothing as far as performance by running filters.
They do look neat but I'd never do it on an efi sled that you are going to ride in the snow.

Ditto - Same your money for a black magic chip and pipe/pipes if you want to make any real improvement.

yea you cant run filter like that on an efi plus there a barometric pressure sensor on the airbox that the sled NEEDS to run.
