How's the F5 for 2004? Is everything all right with it?(NO recalls?) Whats the top speed?

have over 1500 miles on my 2004 F5 only change was jetting and bullseyes runs better every day

did the bullseyes help?

I have about 264 miles on mine and I love it! There is a coolant hose update for this sled. I did it myself and it took about 15 minutes.

top speed was on a lake 102,dropped two jet sizes and added six bullseyes,plugs looked good down to 10 below zero

Hows starting the 04' F5? 1-2-3-+Pulls?

one pull when warm,two pulls when cold,let it warm up for ten minutes

2 pulls everytime on mine.Love this sled

So............. Comparing an F5 to an F6 EFI the regular carb. model will start w/ the same amount of pulls as the F6 EFI!?----------??????????---------

my 04 5 has been in the shop alot.. still there as i type this..many problems... but i still love it...i think the dealer has some to do with it..

What problems?

first some of the bolts weren't on it when i bought it new.. now its bogging/ loading up on idle... eats oil bad!!!!!! fouls plugs... i hope its done now.. need it for weekend..

Mine has fouled two sets of plugs now also. Did your dealer do anything to fix the plug fouling?
