If you got a NTN bearing with no dumb lock collar on it, you got the wrong bearing. You got the gear case side. You need that lock collar, its what keeps the shaft from spinning bearing and wearing out your shaft($200 for the drive shaft). I would get the proper bearing , anyone who tells you that is the right bearing doesn't know what they are talking about.
