have the 05 900 with approx 4000 miles. sled has all updates/reflash. ran great with no problems last season. last 2 rides of last season when i started the sled on the digi guage it read service and flashed about 4-5 times before my MPH, miles etc would be displayed. anybody know what this means and/or how to reset? I heard and exhaust temp sensor, but the sled ran perfectly fine with the message. any input?

That is a built in feature to remind you to service your sled. You can set the interval or disable it. You owners guide will walk you through the complicated proceedure of turning it off.

complicated haha. naw axle, it is just a simple "hold" of the MFD button (green) for a few seconds, the real trick to this Service flash is to "Service" the sled, ie: grease everything, check everything, and make sure everything is running good.

YOu can either shut it off or reset it to a specified mileage to remind yourself to do some maintenance. I finally just shut mine off over the summer.
