my parents have a log house they rent in Rangeley. only a couple yrs old. Good size, 2 bath, full kitchen, loft, 2 bedrooms etc..
I can't remember pricing, but the longer the cheaper.. LOL..

pm 'what trail' he's got a buddy with a house right between rt 17 & the lake that he rents out most of the winter.
