How is it done? I checked the manual and the instructions did not help. I also went to the dealer, but the mechanic was not in. Can anyone help?

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I have a 07 800x2 that I have been looking at 12:00 since April because i can't figure out how to set the damn thing. Your right the owners manual is worthless. Can anyone out there help us?

3)PRESS AND HOLD THE MODE BUTTON UNTIL THE HOUR DISPLAY FLASHES. RELEASE THE BUTTON
4)PRESS AND RELEASE THE MODE BUTTON ONCE TO ADVANCE THE SETTING BY ONE HOUR. PRESS AND HOLD THE MODE BUTTON TO ADVANCE THE HOURS QUICKLY
5)WHEN THE DESIRED HOUR IS DISPLAYED, WAIT APPROX FOUR SECONDS, UNTIL THE MINUTE DISPLAY FLASHES
6)WHEN THE DISPLAY STOPS FLASHING, THE MODE HAS BEEN SET

Once I toggle to the clock mode it is already flashing. I press and hold the mode button and nothing happens. If I press the mode button once it just goes to the next function.........

Try this,
1) Put the transmission in neutral and set the parking brake.
2) Push and hold the reverse/over ride button.
3) Turn the key on.
4) Immediately release the reverse/over ride button as soon as the display comes on.
5) Press and hold the reverse/override button until the hour flashes.
6) Use the reverse/override button to set the hour. Releasing the button for more than four seconds will cause the minutes to flash.
7) Set the minutes.
8) Release the reverse/override button and wait a few seconds. The time is now set.
9) Turn the key off and wait 5-6 seconds.

Thanks Soloma I did this today and now have an accurate time on the display, first time in 7 months of owning the quad. It sure doesn't read like this in the owners manual. Jason
