Not me. AFJ, and yes, that's the brand he used.

I put them on my '06 Switchback last year as well, and really like them. They add some much-needed grip to the running boards, and if you ride in much powder, you'll notice a big difference in the amount of slush/ice build-up on your running boards. If I bought another sled without any holes in the running boards, these would be one of the first mods I'd do to the sled.

What is recommended for cutting the running boards?

I made a similar mod to the boards on my ProX. To cut the boards, I drilled out the corners first with a small bit, then a half inch bit. Then, from the bottom, I used a scroll saw with a metal cutting blade to cut out the boards. Went through like a hot knife through butter.
