A while back I asked if anyone had a good set up for the 07 600 iq cfi and didnt get much back.I was hoping mabey now with more people on here being fall and all I would have more luck. Im a dummy on clutching but my stock cfi has good top end and runs with many 800s on top but they pull me in mid range.I was thinking some clutching could solve this. I know its a smaller sled but its so close that it wouldnt take much to hurt some of my buddies feelings. LOL Its a non studded 121 inch cfi if that helps.

I know lots of guys were using 64gm weights with everything else stock.

I put the Bikeman clutch kit on my 600HO and it really, I mean really, livened up the low and midrange on my sled. It did not do much to the top end, but sounds like you are happy with what you got up there now.

Are the 64gram weights heavier than stock? As I said I dont know much about clutching but someone else told me to throw more weight at it. Thanx again.

Yanked my pipe off over the weekend and i'm getting the Bikeman pipe mod to liven up this area on my sled as well. not sure if I need more weight or not.

What low/mid/high range results are they seeing with the 64's?

I already purchased them and plan to put them in after my first ride ride of the season.

I don't expect it will mph like an 700/800 but I sure feel like there is untapped top speed there when needed. As an added plus, I expect the extra clutch weight should improve cruise MPG a bit. Something you Dragon 7 owner might think about.
