Found an easy, fast way to clean the plastic panels from the exhaust.

Brake fluid, then hit it with some mothers back to black
Lamby
Acetone works fine too, and wont eat the plastic grinning-smiley-023.gif
BUCKSTALKER
Grease lightning or Sray nine works great also.

I use Spray 9 for most of my cleaning and it works wonders

I use stuff called sled brite it works great biggrin.gif

I've tried every chemical under the sun for cleaning my red bellypan, and Sled Brite works the best. Brake clean would NOT take off the stuff on my Fusion. No scrubbing with Sled Brite...spray on, and hose off. I did find that any NaOH based cleaner worked very well, but sled brite isn't as harsh as some others.

Also if you want just try dry gas works very well, just first try underneath to make sure it doesn’t discolor plastic.

blown fuse
A product called "greez-off". Comes in a yellow spray bottle. Always worked on my yellow doos, havn't yet tried it on the blue-bottomed fuse though. Maybe its not even made anymore?
KABOUM
For tuff stain like carbon deposit I tried Carb Cleaner & Throtlle cleaner

for Grease i use Castrol ... the purple bottle dont remember the name

and another on for grease is Formula 50 from ZEP .... to strong to be use if not diluted

My 2C

Try Amsoil Power Foam. Best I've found for cleaning exhaust valves and belly pans. Just don't use it on decals, hood or painted surfaces.
