I use an Ultamax XS belt on mine and have had great luck. I have SLP twins with a 50 shot of nitrous and have never had any issues with that belt.

Oem is the only way to go. They aren't cheap but last a long time. Think I put over 2k on one and it still looks fine.

Around 4400kms and OEM belt still looks like new. A lot of hard riding in those kms too.

It all depends on how you ride..... I don't know about you guys but if I get 7-800 miles out of a belt I'm really happy. I usually ride alot of off trail, either full throttle or no throttle.

If your only getting 700-800 out of the new kevlar belts then you have something wrong with your sled ie: clutches or stop leaving the parking brake on. Really those belts are very tuff unless you got belts out of the bad batch because there where a number of them out there.

I agree with mk2g60 I'd check my clutch alignment. I used to go through a belt a day out west with my F7 151 but had a lot more to do with the gearing. With the M I've gone through 2 belts in 2 yrs one was due to towing a broken and the other was due to plain stupidity.

I used the floating secondary alignment so I know my alignment is spot on. Some of the snow we are in is very wet and heavy UP snow... It will wear a belt out fast. Only belts I run are xs817 and a 046.
