I have a 04 sabercat 600 that i want to put revearse in how hard is it ? is there any speacial tools i need or can this be done in the garage with a buddy? thanks for the help.

No special tools. It's a relatively easy job. The instructions that come with the kit aren't the greatest. You can print out a good parts diagram at alpha-sports.com and follow that. It might get a little crowded with somebody else in there with you but maybe he'll get you a beer now and then.

just took reverse off my f7, was a bit of a bitch since i had no directions but was able to swap the 2 cases out in a few hours. while your in there you should replace your upper and lower bearings just as a precaution. as cats4me stated above it would be a little better if you had a few pics as references when removing the oem case.
