I just got a moto ski.....well they didn't know much about it and it's in good shape....but I'm trying to find out exactly what it is. I just looked at the tag on it and the serial is 524400139 and says June of 1979. The decals on it just say Moto Ski and on the side of sled it says Futura L/C Electro. any info or ideas would be great!!!Thanks....OH....one more thing.....I been searching on the net and it looks like the grand prix special but on the rear end on the side it says futura L/C Electro like I said before.....it does have electric start and is liquid cooled!!

That should make it a '80 model and have a Rotax 464 engine in it. Look for a small plate on the motor that will say ROTAX 462.8 cc. It's the same machine as a SKI-DOO Everest........different colour.

ok kewl......thanks.....it said bone 2x69.5mm stroke 462.8 cc.......now just what sled is it......hehe.....also....the speedometer ain't working which I know what it needs but the rpm is running really high....is that normal on this sled??It runs like a bat outta hell right from the start but it dont pull till like 4k rpm and it'll run at top end like 9k.....just sounds like it could quit any time but still has power to it!!Is it just me being to causious or is this normal??
