I bought a set of Polaris primary clutch tools from Micro Belmont back at the beginning of this year. I had my first chance to use them on a friends clutch this past weekend and we ran into the spanner wrench not fitting onto the spider. It seem to me the pins that are to fit on each side of the spider's arms are too close together.
Has anyone else bought a Micro Belmont tool and ran into this as well?
I sent Micro Belmont a message but have not heard back yet.
Thanks

Sorry, clicked on the wrong button the first time........

Anyway, My hat is off to Micro Belmont. I called and spoke with Gary in customer service. he asked me to return the tool I had and Gary sent me a new one at no charge. Gary's words were "If our customer is not happy then we're not happy"

Micro-Belmont has great products and great service, I would not hesitate to purchase anything from them, I run their clutches, and they are very well made and reliable.

Gary is a great guy!!!! I met him at his shop through a friend. Guys like him and shops like his (where the people really know their business AND care for the customer) are becoming few and far between. I had no idea how many parts he supplies to the OEM's before walking through his shop.
