What are you looking for? I ordered 2 Yam Nytro MTX's and now wife isn't going to ride so one is for sale. If you or any buddies are looking for one, PM me.
3 year warranty if you bring to US for repairs, but it's a Yam so probably won't need any

I'm in St. Paul, MN

My brother just bought a new Cat but he had to have a U.S. mailing address dealer told him that was Cat'snew policy only sell new to U.S. residents He used our Dad's address in Washington even though
my Dad is not a U.S. citizen he has a weekend place there with a mailing address that was good enough for them. I did see a guy on the North Dakota site offering to buy then resell fo $500 check him out.

Well if you are looking for new in the US you won't find any dealers there that are going to sell to you. What you need is a friend in the US that can buy them for you then sell them to you as used. Or just start to look for used ones.
The dealer can not and will not sell to Canadians, if they get caught by Arctic Cat they will be fined up to 25% of the value of each sled. So that is allot of cash and they won't take the chance of getting caught.
If you have that friend let me know I would like to get a new non-current 07 Crossfire 8.

Did your brother have to obtain a recall letter for the sled or is it exempt? Does his new sled show a Canadian safey compliance decal?

Its total crap they won't sell I us new,I realize its not the Canadian dealers fault the msrp's are so high in Canada, but something has to change and if they think threatening there US dealers so they can hose us Canadians they are wrong! There is a way around everything!I have brought new sleds across and I will do it again, the auto makers are making the same threats

the diffrence in msrp's is why gm, ford and a cpl other mannufactures have class action suits filled against them. just look and see how much diffrent the REAL selling prices they are willing to part with it is. thank god for having a gf with dual citizenships

Check out todays Free Press it has a very large article with pictures of teh Grand Forks Ski Doo dealer being told, forced to not to sell to Canadians from Ski Doo. People should protest and certianly not buy from Ski Doo when they are unfairly charging their customers in their own country 30-40% more than US customers.

it may not be that easy to get a recall letter from cat for a new sled. they are asking for the bill of sale etc. for it to be considered used it must have been titled in the states.
I did get a great deal on a 06 sabercat with 400 miles, slightly used will get you a better deal
