Those that might notice the kneepads covering the pull cord please read below.
"The Rev XP pads are all made the same but on the right side we installed a smaller Velcro piece in order to pull the corner of the pad back to start the machine. The reason is because if there is no padding there, your knee will be hitting the pull cord constantly. We felt it was better to have coverage than not to. Also, so many of the machines are electric start."

Mounting hardware is 4 rivets and the buckles nothing more. I'll have to look at how the OEM bag mounts to compare.
Paul
For the same $$$, just go with the BRP bag and save the holes drilled for the rivets. I don't get what the advantage is to this ugly bag?

Yes the BRP bags are quite nice and the attachment system is pretty slick. I spent my money on the BRP stuff...

BRP stuff is usually way overpriced, but in comparison, it seems like a good deal. The products wear well too.

Well guys I would prefer if you don't like the products to just move along and maybe start a thread about how good the BRP bags are. Either way your negative comments are not something that I appreciate in this thread.

I would think if you post in a public forum on the internet, you would value feedback from consumers. As an aftermarket reseller, you should bring value to the consumer over the OEM, or the OEM will always win. Instead of your comment above, I would have justified why the product was better than the OEM product. Since we know there is not a significant price difference, tell us why it is better?

Well your comments were by no means justified.......saying that it is an ugly bag is your opinion nothing more. Constructive criticism is always welcome but your comment was not. Three reasons why this bag is better then O.E.M.
1. Made in the USA by people that care
2. It comes with Sled Solutions and Skinz quality and support
3. Water resistant just shy of waterproof.
When something goes wrong with your BRP bag in 6 months good luck finding someone at BRP that cares. People that buy from us will talk to me personally and in almost every case the bag is repaired or replaced regardless of when it was purchased. I think in the 2 years we have been selling Skinz Protective Gear accesories I've had 3 warranty issues.
That's why it's better.......
Much better response! Now this conversation has shown your products value. See, debate is good. And you are right, the ugly comment is purely my opinion.

One that I am entitled too. I am sure many others would not see it as ugly.
Good Luck!

I'm sure you can see how I would have taken offense to your post....enjoy your BRP bag and I will continue to offer consumers an alternative.
Have a great evening!

Hey dude, you should take there comments seriously, I mean you are trying to sell something that BRP makes for there own sleds an if it is not better than what there offering then why would anyone want it. I think you should try to offer something that brp does'nt, like maybe make you bag bigger or add a shovel mount to it. I dunno man, jus an opinon from a possible costomer , what do i know?

That's just it....they are better bags. So your saying because BRP makes bags for their sleds nobody else should? That arguement is over and I'm not interested in starting it all over again. We always (Skinz and Sled Solutions)welcome comments regarding designs and functionality as long as it's constructive.
I will list the advantages to the Skinz Products below.
Made in the U.S.A.
Is backed by a warranty that BRP couldn't even touch.
Larger then BRP
Highest Quality products on the Market
It's a choice and it's yours to make.....

I just got back from a trip with the Skinz cover(over the skis) on my XPx. It holds TIGHT and kept off the nasty, nasty crap I was driving through. NO salt or water marks on the sled, under the cover. Just what I've been looking for!
