i cant remember what to torque the main bolt in my primary
i am thinking in the 45-47 range
is this right?

40-45 lbs for the 19mm drive bolt
or
50 lbs for the smaller 14mm drive bolt, I think yours is the 19mm.

It's 50lbs... The important thing to remember is to re-torque the bolt after riding a mile or two..
