I have never cleaned the rave vlaves yet and I was wondering whats all involved? Like What do I use to clean them. Thanks

Carb cleaner,brake cleaner.I use the parts washer at work.Do not use oven cleaner or wire wheel.You may have to carefully scrape cabon off face.

I soak mine in varsol to soften the carbon deposits, then scrape them off with a razor blade. Works well.

Do not get the valves mixed up from what cylinder you pulled them from because how they break in. Label them or work on one at a time. Pay attention to how they come out so you do not put them in upside down. Check the gasket for replacing.

wanna hear a funny story about rave valves my friend thinks he knows it all about everything but don't know shit well anyways he was taking valves out of another friends sled and it was stuck so he took a wear bar and tried tp pry it apart broke it right off then he just looks at the fellow woops lol so he puts it back together broken fellow has ben drivin the sled ever since lol
