We have some scallops here that we bought frozen and I am looking to see if anyone as any good recipes for them??? I have always done the bacon thing and would like to try something new!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

I like to pan sear them with fresh garlic, parsley and white wine. you could also thicken the sauce with some corn starch.

How did you end up preparing them?

My fav way is, fresh scallops and butter is the pan, do em till there light brown and thats it! Yum.
