My brother in law has a 2003 800 hpo blade, It has a 800 polaris twin with some kinda custom black head on it. My queston is. It needs base gaskets, leaking cooland. Are they just plane old 03 polaris 800 liberty motor gaskets, we have no blade dealer in Mi any more.
Oh yea. this thing has got to be the best riding sled I have ever road!!!!

Yes,and if any questions call FAST.They have been more than helpful,Has he had the updates done?I shattered the belly pan on mine(which I bought used a year old)under warantee,it was made with the wrong plastic.There has been an update on the comp-link bolt,and on the upper shaft of the m-16.The comp-link went to a different bolt and the shaft replaced and bushings installed.Change out the ryde f/x shocks.broke the bottom eye off of the front right.The rear m-16 was replaced with a fox and it rides so much better.It will probably be next year before blade has the air-link upgrade available for the m-16.Have the cases line bored and the larger bearings installed on the crankshaft if he wants it to last.Blade will upgrade that engine to an 08' cfi if you want.

thanks for the info. Do you know the best way to contact blade. I would like to find out all the update info i can on both of his blades. the hpo looks just like the one in your avitar, He also has a 2002 ? 800 its red dont know for sure what model, but I know the oil pump fell off last winter, we caught it in time . pulled it off and mixed the gas for 400 miles in the UP of mi. And im the wrench in the family so I get to work on them(which I really enjoy doing). Thanks for any help. The snows coming and i got lots of work to do.
