I dont think they were recalls...I think they were just service bulletins....if any of them was a recall if was the fuel vapor seperator...the other flashes to the ECM was up to the consumer.

HD thermostat, re-map/re-flash whatever, Chaincase support bracket and fuel line evaporator. Had all three done except the evaporator as I want to see if the re-flash/re-map whatever cured the stumble at around 5800-6000.....

Both my front Walkers were weeping also!

Regardless, Sweet ride! beer_cheers.gif

Keep an eye on the 2 torxheads that hold the rear seat/brakelight assembly on the sled.

Let the sled warm up to 100 degrees before even thinking about touching the throttle. Just start it and walk away.

1200 miles logged, No MAJOR issues.....

You should also note that the oil pump adjustment has been changed from the original service manual, do not attempt to adjust the pump without first asking your dealer for a copy of the new adjustment procedures that are INCORRECT in the service manual. The service manual which has the incorrect procedure is #9920463. You will probably have a decal fixed onto your airbox saying the sled has a "unique" oil pump adjustment.

get the dealer to punch in the VIN #, than show you the computer screen. all completed and incomplete recalls will show up on their. but make sure you see the computer screen if you dont trust you dealer. I trust mine so i just did it over the phone. Found out that i have a Chain case mount that needs to be done up.
