I would just let him grow, if he keeps coming back why kill him, you have pictures. Keep him fed and grow yourself a trophy.

Who knows if he will survive that is the thing, its kind of a catch 22 or whatever you call it?

You are a lucky one if you can say that deer will stay away from other hunters! Must have a nice piece of land to yourself!
We had a 300 acre farm that we tried to manage deer on, but they wandered off and neighboring land hunters would shoot the ones we were trying to protect.Between that and land being sold to developers, i quit hunting two years ago.

You quit hunting yet you have that walk through your yard?? Id say its time to take up hunting again!!

Nope, its a 10, 4 along main beam and the normal ones just above head.

If you don't consider a deer of that size a trophy than I would like to hunt where you hunt
