Just picked up a new left over 1000 sno-pro. I have not drove one yet but everyone tells me I will love it. Just hope I get lucky with all the problems I have read about. The dealer is sending in the ECU and installing the new tunnel supports.
Bring on the snow!!

Congrats on the Xfire. Your going to love it. Mine was built 12/07/2006 and I have had zero problems with it. 118mph on perfect conditions stock. Put 700 miles on it and sent the ECU in for the remap. Shortly after I got it back I piped, aired, and put a boondocker on it. I've got another 200 miles with the mods and she goes like hell. It was the begining of March and the snow started to melt so I didn't get a chance to take it on the lake, but she got up to 110 in nothin flat.

Are you sure you ment 8010 rpm's? It hit the rev limiter @ 8000
My X/Fire 1000 it ran 7450 out of the box with the stock 70 gm. weights. It liked more weight & it liked 7100-7200 in the field. It ran 112 with just the D&D Y-Pipe & 118 in 2000 feet with the D&D Pipe added. I am 260 so I felt that was good.
On my dyno stock it made the most hp (162) & torque @ 7050 everything stock. Added D & D Y-Pipe it went up to 171.5 hp @ 7100.
With the D & D single pipe & Y-Pipe it turns 7600-7700 & it made 166hp with a Cold pipe 5 second run & 178 hp with a Hot pipe 20 sec run . D&D Pipe Must be hot or no power as my dyno showed. I will be raping it this year or I will be putting the stock shield on the D&D pipe.
Lots of hidden power in this motor.
Have fun................. Mike

Max RPM shows 8010. Like I said I didn't get alot of time on the snow after the mods to play. I'll find out more this coming season.
