Can someone give me some details on how to get a used private sale sled across the line, thinking of buying one but is it worth the hassle? thanks!

becareful with the 72 hour notice thing. I'm sure there will be lots of posts saying not to bother but I found out the hard way and got dinged with a 500 u.s fine. Import violation they called it.
