PS: There is a lot of construction in the Corning NY area. If you are coming through there please plan for extra time. Good hotels to stay at are the Painted Post Holiday Inn and the old Super 8, now called the Corning Inn. There are many others in the area. Southern arrivals might also consider hotels in the Mansfield PA area. We are about 45 minutes away both ways. Elkland is about 10 miles west of Lawrenceville PA at the PA/NY state line. Take Route 49 west, where it starts in Lawrenceville, to get to Elkland. To find Lawrenceville, find US Route 15 where it is at the NY/PA state line on the map. Tioga County PA
