hey guys. so me and my bro decided to fly to detroit, buy a car, and drive back home over 1200 miles. all was going well untill 400 miles into teh trip we noticed our front tires were turned into slicks cuz of a bad front end ellignment. so here we are in brown deer (is that a town or something?) waiting till monday morning for the tire shops to open. tires plus did a allignment today but cant get us our tires till tommorow or the next couple days. im definatly missing work...
ps: sorry bout the nightmare comment. thats not cuz of wisconsin. its cuz of the fact that we were supposed to be home by now and that we almost got killed in chicago. also we are almost out of cash cuz we didnt expect to be held up like this and need hotels... wisconsin is great!

Some HCS guys may put you up for the night, come-on Wisconsin, help 'em out.

finaly home. out of everywhere we went, brown deer wisconsin was the best. extremly helpful people at tires plus in brown deer. everybidy else was pretty helpful with directions to.

If only i would have read this sooner I could have helped you out. That wasnt too far from me. Glad you made it home okay though. And its a good thing you made it to brown deer and didnt get stuck on the "norf side" of Milwaukee if you know what i am saying.

Wouldn't know about that, but probably. I'm 25 miles East of Hayward, so not familiar with all of Milwaukee.

WI DNR wanted to help improve the area so they built their SE WI service center at the corner of Martin Luther King Dr and North Ave. Thats are only 10-20 blocks from the worst part of town.


BTW I dont think Walnut and Cherry ever make an intersection.

Exactly, but on the corner of 12th & Walnut is some of the best damn BBQ you'll ever eat!

Speed Queen BBQ! get the "Outside Shoulder" dinner, (the crispy outer bark of the BBQ'd shoulder) Mix Sauce (Hot and mild together drizzled over the top of the meat) and get an extra coleslaw to cool down your tongue after you taste that yellow colored hot BBQ sauce.

I have eaten at the most notable BBQ places between here & Florida, and nothing beats Speed Queen for shoulder.

Brown deer is a nice city, good thing you weren't near 3rd & vine, or anywhere on Center St. you might not have made it out of there to well.
