I think it is a little harder than that, i dont think you can just buy one and cross the boarder that easily.

How are you going to register a quad that cant legally be sold in the US, smart guy?
In my MI you can just go and orv for it and be fine. You get them like a trail permit for a sled. you dont need a sepert registration
