It's getting time to change carbides on the sled and I've read in a few magazines about the Shaper Bars from Stud Boy. I know the sno-cross racers use them and I've asked at a local dealer but he tells me that they "are no different than any other carbide except that they don't last as long" Any of you guys ever use them?

I just put them on my F7 and I can really see a difference in the bite of the ski's even in the loose snow on top of the trail, where they seem to find the hardpack underneath. Love'em

I've used Berstrom Skegs for years. Check out their site and read about all the testing he has done. His carbides cost a little less but he sure has done his research.
