Had my 700 in Quebec for 300 miles and the CDI change seemed to make a difference. I noticed that the sled seemed to pull about the same but it kept pulling right up to 105MPH (speedo) had more but ran out of room and the conditions were not perfect. (about 3-4 inches of fresh snow on the trail). One thing I did notice was the fuel mileage does not seem that much better. Next time I fill up I 'll figure out my actual mileage. I'm going by the electric guage and I'm not sure how accurate that is.......

What changes did the new cdi make?

The CDI exchange was to advance the timing and help the overall performance (and mileage, but I haven't noticed that!) before the sled would pull hard til about 80mph and then crawl to about 100 and then flatten out. I knew this wasn't right for a 700 since I had a 500 before that pulled right thru til it's 105mph top-end. The sled now pulls all the way through the from bottom til the top but I haven't yet been able to try top speed.
