Any suggestions for a good setup for a 04 prox 600. Already have TPI heavy hitters,1 1/4 track,and tpi airbox vents on the way. Looking for a good 0 - 80mphsetup- thinking about lowering the top gear 1 or 2?

Lower your gearing! It makes a big differance in my xc-8! I wouldnt go to crazy, only 1 tooth on top if your chain and lower gear can stay! theres a chain case chart in the polaris tip's section! your clutching may need to change slightly with each gear change to. Many have said the secondary spring on the prox is to much I would start there.

Do a search as we've just discussed this in great detail. The 03s and 04s will use the same setup.
