tried logging on to sledmaine and it says i've been "banned from using this forum"!--- i don't think i've done anything to deserve getting banned-- i've only got about 20? posts on that site. anyone know what's going on over there?

There were a bunch of people having the same problem. No one has been able to get a hold of admin as far as I know.

I haven't posted on that site for a year or better but was able to log on this morning with no prob

They may have banned a range of IPs to quell a troublemaker, sloppy Admin work as it can effect innocent users.

Well, I guess i can post here cuz i am banned as well from sledmaine.......... there is no reason for it, And by the looks of it the admin don't care because they wont respond and you can't get a hold of him or her whatever...............

I am 'banned' too. I didn't post a whole lot there, did pop in once in a while and read posts.... :shrug: No porn, no nothing...... Not a smart way to 'clean up' IMO....

nope, they didn't respond to two of my e-mails, so....to hell with 'em. it seems as though they are quite particular as to who they allow on that site.

I have been banned too FWIW I thought it sucked at first but most of the guys io chatted with are here or other sites i go to so no big deal.Funny thing i cant get into the bbs though did once on a friends signed in on my name and it banned him and his puter too ??????
