we usually go check out the car show in t-town after a good afternoon of offroading at the floodway...should see the looks when you pull into a parking lot of shinny cars with a big muddy as hell dodge. it's good. then sometimes hit up cruise night, but it's not as good as it used to be, at least the few times in the last 2 years i've been...pony on grant is usually worth a look too. i'll be down late july, maybe see that (sweet) srt around then.
W.F.O.
I'll be there if I can find a good body man to finish my car!
Anyone know a GOOD body man!

lol nice. ive seen your truck in selkirk before assuming your the guy with the red dodge with the pdot decal on the back window. we will be at the pony on grant a lot to. were headin to mopars in the park this weekend. and soon my bro is buying a new car that we will be taking out. cant say what his or my car's are gonna be tho. surprises lol.

nice cars from everybody! i used to be obsessed with the 71 and 72 road runners. my dad restored 2 70 road runners before. always loved that car.

I used to go, but not anymore. I have no desire to sit in gridlock traffic with 80s and 90s econoboxes with fart tips and triple decker wings.

When the car was running, I'd go to BBs in Transcona, but I hear even that is being overtaken with ricemobiles.

WFO, I have a contact for you. PM me some details.

ben how the hell do you fit in that car? and sometimes we get in the desiels and header out lookin for some hotties haha. thats what its about if you dont have a nice ride.

I went out a few Sunday nights last summer, I like seeing the variety, and laughing at the primer grey civics with the body kits that look like they're being held on with zipties. I do prefer the "after festivities" if you know what I mean.

We should have a show and shine this fall for all our sled. Everybody could bring out there summer projects to show them off and sit around and have a few beers. beer_cheers.gif

guess whos stuck in wisconsin? this guy right here. me and josh were in the process of driving home the new cruise night ride (very worthy of going i might add) and it turns out that even tho the previous owner had a friend do a wheel alignment, he didnt do it right. we drove 400 miles from detroit and our front tires are slicks. burnt right off. so we have been staying in wisconsin at a hotel for 2 days now while we wait for stores to open so we can get some tires rushed here (only 2 or 3 companies make tires that fit this car and they are not to commenly stocked). we got the alignment done, it was way off but its good now. so thats where i am. 800 miles to go on this road trip...cant wait to be home. i'll post pics of the car once im home. later.
polarisguy05
lol that sucks, better be a nice ride
FlatOutFilms
fianly back!!! oh and by the way...yes the car is very nice. its a 03 viper grin.png pics coming soon
robm
Hebus...where were you working again?

W.F.O.
ooh4.gif that looks cheap, you must have a pretty sweet job to get that at 18!
FlatOutFilms
no no no its not my car. this is my brothers car. josh bought it on his birthday. i guess he gave himself a nice presant. i just flew down there with him to help get it back. we were 2 days late tho but when the tires and everything were fixed we made it in no time. the thing cruises like a freight train. 80 miles per hour and if u just leave it in 6th gear, it revs at only 1500 rpm or less. amazing fuel economy for a 510 hp 10 cyl. (ya i know everybody says 500 hp but apperantly somebody came up with a new formula for figuring out hp and making all brands hp comparable and it says the 03 viper is 510... lets just say 500. thats enuf lol.). so heres the pics.
robm
Oookay so what does your brother do? LOL Nice whip! Is it his daily driver? No wonder he needs to sell the sled...
FlatOutFilms
im workin on getting him to keep the sled lol. his daily driver was a jeep up untill today. we'll see how much use it gets now lol. so since this is a cruise night thread, watch out for this car on cruise night! the 3rd gen vipers in red arnt to commen in this city. ive only seen black and silver.
rob, i'll tell him you like it.
dragonlady
Hey FOF I took a cruise yesterday down Old Henderson and saw a blue viper parked outside.

Should get your bro to race him???
FlatOutFilms
probly. that blue ones only got 450 hp lol. it was originaly ordered by my uncle. he had never sat in one before so when he finaly sat in one he realised he'd never fit so he somehow canceled it and it was sold to the guy on old henderson. i think near prichard farms. the only other blue viper in manitoba is owned by a guy named barry. once when i was younger my dads truck got rear-ended and barry was like "u need a temporary vehicle then? take my viper". now that was cool. getting takin to school in a viper. good memories lol.
WARNING!!! in no way do i promote street racing. i know people who have died cuz they think they can race or speed or drink and drive. cruise night is for crusing only and nothing but.
Delgaty
Holy crap! That's not a cheap peice of equipment! That's gonna take a while to pay off. Are your parents OK with the fact he'll be living at home till he's 40? LOL. jk, Nice choice!

I don't promote street racing as well, as I see way too much of it on my way home from work Sunday nights.............I do stop in a Timmi's on North Main, lots of nice cars there.

So which do you think is safer street racing or sled racing on the Creek???
proxJ
