May need some help with a deadbeat from Racine. Got scammed on some parts for a bike on another forum. Fairings to be specific. A**hole took the money now won't ship out the parts or send money back. Won't answer his cell or respond to emails. It's a pretty good chunk of change too, $600. I'm gonna give him til the first of the week and than see about getting atleast my money back. Wanna help out? Make it worth your while.

Still nothin from this f*ck head. My son filed with the Racine county sheriffs office last week. Doubt itll do any good tho. Guy can drive suspended a half dozen times and still be walkin the streets. Went to the Wisc correction website and this guy has a rap sheet as long as my fore arm. Includes sex with a minor. NICE............

Waithing for the POS to reply to the complaint with the Racine County sheriffs office. Should be a hoot to see what he says the delay is. I'll keep ya posted. Thought about calling a tow truck service to tow away his bike. That would be funny. Just don't know his plate # and such. Bet I could find out tho.

I see that he had until today to supply the Racine Investigator with the tracking numbers. If he needs a visit from a few friends here, just say the word. I misplaced his address, but I'm sure it can be found again.

Racine sherriffs investigator calle dmy son yesterday. To everyones surprise they have been unable to contact the dickweed. She is supposed to get back to my son tomorrow. WTF is with people. Riding season is almost over and no parts for jr's bike. Gonna go to Wisc sleddin this winter. Anyplace to get rid of trash up there?

Hey everyone, sorry that I have not checked in, in sometime. I moved about two months ago and got the internet back today. Marcell Johnson has been issued a warrant and been picked up on it. Racine County has been extremely helpful in this matter. Last week I sent some paperwork in that they had sent me about restitution. Marcell has his court date on the 20th of this month. The woman I spoke with said that this could be wrapped up by the end of the year or could drag on another six months. The good thing is at least they are following through. If Marcell doesn't pay he will have this hanging over his head.
