Just wondering who is involved in RC?
I just recently purchased a Thunder Tiger Raptor 50 Titan nitro helicopter with OS Max-50SX Hring Hyper motor, Futaba GY401 gyro and digital servo for rudder control. Futaba T6EXHP 6 channel. Bought it last week, drove down to hub hobby in Little Canada in spur of moment and picked up one, was supposed to get the Raptor 30V2 but it was out of stock, and the R50 Titan was only one left and i was glad i got that instead. Because i have read some reviews and stuff online about the difference between those 2 and the R50 Titan is best overall. This is my very first helicopter i have owned and flown. I am doing very well with it right now. I can keep it 1 ft off the ground no problem now even tho i am having minor gyro kicking. Still working on it but now the wind has been high lately. So couldnt really test it out yet.
I also have a couple planes, which arent running at all. I plan to fix one up and buy another one very soon.
I also have some ground vehicles like HPI Savage SS 4.6 with Futaba 3PM PCM digital computerized radio. Also have OFNA Ravenger 4.6 and HPI Nitro RS4.
I am currently putting my cars/trucks aside now and focus on flying helicopters and planes again. Last time i flown a plane was in 1996. Long time ago!! Used to fly all the time.
Anyone around Brainerd area a member of Paul Bunyan Flying club? I plan to join and go to the club meet tomorrow in St. Mathias if the weather cooperates.

I've got an RC glider that I haven't flown in a few years. It has a 7ft wing span, well actually right now it's a 4ft and 3ft span, it needs some work. I was looking at it the other day and thinking about fixing it up this summer. You can do some stunts with it but the most fun is riding thermals till it's a dot in the sky. I have two power planes. I flew one of them and turned it back into kit form. I have had gas cars and a boat, the boat was fun. One day I'm going to get back into that stuff.
