Like almost any two-stroke, oil is only used to mix with the air/fuel and lubricate cylinders and bearings. Some use a mixture of oil and fuel. This engine is oil injected. The oil leak must be coming from the oil injection system. Check the system all the way from the tank to the oil pump mounted on the engine. Look closely for loose or damaged hoses. Also, check the "bleeder" screw mounted on the oil pump. I've seen them work loose. Finally, inspect the oil injection lines and fittings exiting the pump and attached to the intake manifolds. The crank seal wouldn't cause an oil leak.
Good luck.

Check this site for any future problems.

Also check to make sure which fuel pump that thing has. Some have had cylinders burn down from the wrong pump design.

Most have left PWCtoday and have gone to Greenhulk.net, and there's alot of Polaris guru's there. Some HCS'ers there , actually alot like HCS.
