Want to do a salmon fillet on the BBQ and the wife is getting tired of smoked stuff.
Has anyone tried any good rubs or sauce recipes for sea food?

This is one I cooked on salmon steaks, every one loved it including me and I'm not a huge fish eater.

1/4 orange juice
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
4 salmon steaks, 6 oz each, about an inck thick

Preheat gas grill or prepare charcoal. In a shallow dish whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, chilli powder, cumin and salt. Add salmon and turn to coat. cover with plastic wrap and refrigirate 20 minutes(up to 24 hrs). Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade. Sear salmon one minute per side over hottest portion of grill. Move to cooler spot and grill 2-3 minutes per side until fork tender.
